In the upper center of the map, in the Northern Estuary of the mouth of the Amazon, there are many islands such as Grupá Grande, Pará, and Queimada islands, and at first glance it looks like a delta formed in an estuary. However, these islands do not have symbol of the inundation sites like the Amazon floodplain (várzea) near the left edge of this map. Therefore, it can be said that it is not a real delta island that is inundated and deposited with sediment during floods.
